Michaela and Eric were married at the beautiful como park on a perfect early fall day. Aside from the obvious love that they share, M&E also happen to have two of the biggest hearts you could ever encounter. This became clear at their engagement session earlier this summer, and even more so on their wedding just a few weeks ago. M&E poured themselves into so many aspects of their wedding day and we are honored to have been such a significant part of their day!
Michaela and her ladies got ready at her parents’ house just a few miles from Como Park, where smart & chic bride made them all look simply stunning!

Meanwhile, Eric and his gentlemen suited up at their home {also conveniently just a few miles from Como Park!}

Michaela struck this pose & brought some serious attitude into one of my favorite wedding day images…

Michaela’s mom helped put on this beautiful bracelet just after all of her ladies took care of her dress… all those little buttons called for a few extra hands ;)

We found this amazing location for M&E’s first look … have I mentioned how much we love when couples share an intimate meeting before their ceremony?!

Eric was so tempted to turn and peek at his beautiful bride as she approached, but the expression on his face at first glance said it all!! these once in a lifetime moments are so sweet :)

Nothing but smiles for each other…

Michaela’s bouquet was beautiful!!

M&E are filled with love, patience & energy! And on their wedding day, all three came shining through in their images.

Flamingos provided a colorful setting bordering their ceremony

They tied the knot right next to the zoo and shared vows that they had written themselves, which even involved a little singing back & forth :)

M&E involved their family in every part of the ceremony, right up to the very end as they walked down the aisle as husband & wife under a lightsaber-archway

They worked with fab.you.lous event design to coordinate every aspect of their day :)

They also surprised all of their guests with a uniquely choreographed first dance! Half way through it cut to an up-beat song, and there is no doubt that everyone was impressed!
