Leila and Greg were married on May Day in Door County, Wisconsin in beautiful Egg Harbor. Leila and her ladies started the day at shear style, a salon where one of her bridesmaids works as a stylist; it was so sweet that Kelly was able to do her bride’s hair and make-up! We covered a lot of ground and made use of the harbor, the quiet side, and the big city — Sturgeon Bay! Not only did Leila and Greg have an outrageously perfect day weather-wise, the cherry blossoms gave us an unreal backdrop which we completely took advantage of. Being that L&G are both teachers, it was fitting that they rode away in a big yellow school bus with their bridal party after the ceremony. Once the school bus arrived at the reception, we pulled the bridal party out onto the rocks behind their reception at the stone harbor resort. The historic Michigan Street bridge as well as the setting sun provided an amazing backdrop to the reception!

We loved the vibrant colors L&G chose for their bridal party. Bright tulips & blue dresses!

Look at these rings sparkle in the sun!

L&G’s ceremony was very personal. You could completely tell that their pastor took the time to get to know them. He made everyone laugh on multiple occasions sharing stories about the two of them!

Leila, you were such a beautiful bride!

Cherry blossoms!!

One of our absolute favorites

… okay, this one too!

And here is the backdrop for L&G’s reception :)
